GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales concluded on the Rendez-vous Pleasure website, operated under the name RDVP, specializing in the online sale of high-end sex toys and intimate wellness accessories, exclusively intended for an adult audience.
Any order placed on the site implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Site Access – Adults
The Rendez-vous Pleasure (RDVP) website is strictly reserved for people aged 18 or over .
By accessing the site, the customer declares:
to be of legal age according to the legislation in force in one's country.
accept the viewing of adult content,
use the products offered in a private, responsible and lawful manner.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stock.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.
The visuals, photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
The products sold by RDVP are intimate hygiene and personal well-being products , strictly reserved for adult use.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.
RDVP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing at the time of validation of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
5. Order
The customer places the order directly on the Rendez-vous Pleasure website.
All orders constitute acceptance:

from the product description,
and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are secured using current security protocols. RDVP never has access to the customer's bank details.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped in a neutral, discreet package with no mention of the contents or the RDVP brand , in order to guarantee total customer confidentiality.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (mainland France).
These delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination or circumstances beyond the seller's control.
RDVP cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Sealed products cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
So :
Any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged .
Only new, unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns must be reported in advance by email to RDVP.
Return conditions:
unopened product
original packaging intact,
Product in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to RDVP.
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.
10. Responsibility
RDVP cannot be held responsible:
due to misuse of the products,
from use not in accordance with the instructions provided,
or of a use contrary to the law.
The customer is solely responsible for the use of the purchased products.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and the business relationship.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are never transferred to third parties without consent.
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
