Return Policy & Warranty

At Rendez-Vous Pleasure, we place the utmost importance on quality, hygiene, and discretion. If an item is unsuitable or presents a problem, here are the applicable return conditions.


For what reasons can a product be returned?

The product is defective (Under warranty – 2 years)

If your product does not work properly, it is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of purchase.

In this case :

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure will be opened.
  • The product will be checked upon receipt.
  • A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the diagnosis.

⚠️ Important:
If the product operates with free included batteries, these may be discharged.
The batteries must be replaced before any return request.
An RMA will not be accepted if the malfunction is solely due to the supplied batteries.


The product does not meet your expectations (Right of withdrawal – 15 days)

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Mandatory conditions:

  • New product
  • Not used
  • Original packaging intact and sealed
  • All accessories included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ For strict hygiene reasons, any unsealed or used product cannot be returned or refunded.


The product was damaged during transport (24 hours).

If your package arrives damaged or altered:

  • You have 24 hours after receipt to report the incident.
  • It is essential to take photos of the outer packaging.
  • Select the reason:
    "The product or order arrived altered/damaged."

Our team will take care of your request immediately.

Important :
A package may be slightly damaged but still perfectly protect its contents.
We encourage you to carefully check the products before making a claim.

If no physical damage is visible but a product does not function properly, the warranty applies (2 years).


Processing time

Upon receipt of your package at our premises:

Processing time: 1 to 5 business days
You will be notified by email of the acceptance and the follow-up (refund or exchange).


Items that cannot be returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Products opened or without original seal
  • Products without original packaging
  • Incomplete or damaged products
  • Products not purchased from our official supplier (internal identification system)

Any product that does not meet these conditions will be refused.


Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Yes, absolutely.

For intimate hygiene products:

  • The original packaging is required for all returns or warranties.
  • The product must be protected in a second box for transport.
  • All accessories must be included.

Without original packaging, no warranty can be applied.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team via the contact form or at contact@rendez-vouspleasure.fr
  2. Please provide your order number.
  3. Select the reason for the return
  4. Wait for validation and instructions
  5. Ship the package according to the instructions received.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


Refund

If the return is validated:

  • Refund within a maximum of 14 days
  • Via the same payment method used when placing the order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or if the product is damaged during transport.
